Yay! Second month updates.

I was really worried I had not lost any weight during my first month. The scale didn't seem to be moving and I haven't been able to do the workouts the way I wanted to. Casey  helped measure me today and I have lost 3.14 inches! Yay! My first weight loss goal is to get below 170 lbs and I'm nearly there.

  1. Go get 'em, Jessica! It's NOT abt weight, is it?! Wow! Think of all the muscle you've grown - I'm jealous. Miss you! You need to plan to come down this summer - it's only a 4-hr drive! I'd love to see Miss A.M. on the beach! xoxominta
