Starting weight

So I started my weight loss plan on December 27, 2010. At that time, I weighed 178.5 lbs. I'm only 5'3.5"  so that makes my BMI (body  mass index) 31.1, not healthy at all. Here are some of my other measurements.


  •  Waist: 33"
  • Hips: 40.5"
  • Stomach: 37"
  • Biceps: 14.5"
  • Thighs: 26.5:
  • Calves: 15.5"
  • Booty: 42.75"
  • Chest: 38.25"
  • Estimated Fat %: 38
Needless to say, these are some pretty embarrassing figures. I'm going to check in once a month and update my stats. I'll be weighing in again on January 27th, 2011. I'm also  forcing myself to post pictures. If I embarrass myself enough I'll stay on task.
